Claim Process:
- Capture a photo of the tarnished item.
- Email care@artine.com with your order number, photo evidence, and the claim.
- Self-ship the product to our official address.
- Upon receiving the product, you’ll receive store credit based on the credit terms given below which will be valid for 6 months from the issue date.
Credit Terms:
- 0-6 months: 50% of invoice value
- 6-12 months: 25% of invoice value
- After 12 months: 15% of invoice value
